Set amidst a beautiful rooftop garden on the 12th floor of Orchard Central, sits Nuoc, a fresh and modern Vietnamese restaurant. With magnificent view of bustling Orchard Road, water hyacinth filled pond, light breeze surrounds Nuoc, accompanied by lovely landscape.

Nuoc, has a capacity to host up to 120 dining customers, with interior and alfresco dining options. A bar and terrace for pre-drinks and after dinner cocktails enhance and completes the ambiance further.

The design and decor of Nuoc was a brainchild of Qui N. Ly, a Vietnamese based in New York. Embodying the Vietnamese craft, he weaved the concept without falling into the cliche of neither colonial Asian nor old Vietnamese time. The result was a swanky shape of new constructed wall that winds along the south-side part of the restaurant, in a slick Vietnamese lacquer look to create that liquefied effect (as Nuoc means "country" but also "water"). While the ceiling timber was inspired by the shadowy umbrella-shaped of the rain trees that line the sides of Singapore roads, to add a warm organic feel. To wrap up the signature look, a greeting wall of stacked red lacquered bowls at the main entrance, define an elegant atmosphere "a' la vietnamienne" with a modern twist.

Sink your teeth into cuisine that is truly Vietnamese at Nuoc. Whet your appetite with delicate traditional Vietnamese rice paper spring rolls, velvety smooth glass noodles to juicy grilled pork ribs marinated with fish sauce. Every dish is infused with the authentic flavor of Saigon, truly Vietnamese.

Nuoc provides the perfect cozy setting for any occasions, excellent for a quiet meal, corporate events, social gatherings for family and friends and distinctively, a stunning venue for any celebrations.
